Ingredients:
- 1 cup paneer.
- 1 medium size red and green bell pepper.
- 1 onion cut into lengthwise.
- A cup of cloves, pepper, cardamom
powdered together.
- 2 tsp red chili powder.
- 1 tsp turmeric powder.
- 1 green chili chopped.
- 1 tsp jeera.
- Salt to taste.
- Oil
Preparetion
Method:
- Heat oil in
a pan, add jeera, add the spice powder and saute the onions with it.
- Then add
shimla mirch and saute more. Add red chili powder and salt.
- When the
shimla mirch is still crunchy add the paneer and mix well.
- Adjust
seasonings if needed. Garnish with cilantro.
